Product Safety and Limitation of Liability
Many of our products are handcrafted artistic and decorative items made from wood and other materials. Certain products may contain sharp edges, points, corners, splinters, protrusions, small parts, or other features that could cause injury if handled, used, displayed, modified, or stored improperly.
Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care and judgment when handling, installing, displaying, transporting, or using any product purchased from us. Products should be kept out of reach of children and used only for their intended purpose.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that improper use, misuse, alteration, abuse, or failure to follow common safety practices may result in personal injury or property damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our company shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from:
• Improper handling, use, storage, installation, or maintenance of a product;
• Modification or alteration of a product after purchase;
• Failure to exercise reasonable care;
• Use of a product in a manner that is inconsistent with its intended or reasonably foreseeable purpose.
Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product purchased from us shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
