Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped from our workshop. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier

At this time, all orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and current UPS shipping rates.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our handcrafted wooden products to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Products are shipped using UPS-approved packaging and may be packed in one of several box sizes depending on the item ordered. Protective packing materials are used as needed to prevent damage during transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 1–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage

While every effort is made to package products securely, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been transferred to UPS, delivery timing is under the carrier's control. If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating the package and filing any necessary claims.
